We offer a wide range of workshops designed for various age groups and mixed abilities.

Mime Workshop delivered by Mime Professionals

Our mime workshop includes mime demonstrations, work on states of tension including statue, non verbal techniques, devising mime stories, group work, solo mime and plenty of opportunity to show new mime moves. There is the possibility to explore different mime genres, silent movie, silent clowning, street theatre mime, illusion mime and mime character. We guarantee our mime work shop will be fun.

Street Theatre Workshops

Electric Cabaret's street theatre workshops draw from historical and contemporary street theatre styles and genres. Delivery is dynamic and motivating. Street performance techniques will be analysed and explained, methods will be demonstrated. Students will be given the chance to create their own performances and expand on concept of street theatre.

Electric Cabaret can hold hour long workshops, day sessions or longer theatrical courses. Recent clients include Pegasus Theatre Oxford. Oxford Playhouse, Peppers Ghost Milton Keynes, Ackley Wood School, The Grove Theatre Dunstable and quite a few schools around the UK.
